Phpbb forum Top Listings modifications

Modifications were done to this phpbb forums board so that those posts that are rated high by users come to the top of the listings.
For this a formula board was designed for the ratings and provided in the admin panel. So when the admin changes the phpbb formula , the order of listings gets changed
