Php resume submission script

This is a resume submission script. Employers/Recruiters login and input their data. Jobseekers enter the details about them and their resume is blasted to all the registered recruiters.A jobsite and job seeking website where jobseeker pays using credit card and his resume is sent to all the employers and agencies registered in the database

Jobseeker can choose which employer to exclude from the list and jobseeker can send resume to target audience based on geographical location etc ..Recruiters can login and edit their data anytime they wish.Basically it is a resume submission website programmed using perl mysql.
